Online Brief Interventions

Brief and extended interventions are a proven way to nudge patients towards modifying their lifestyle to reduce their health risks in areas such as smoking, alcohol, weight management, activity, nutrition, anxiety and depression.

Despite NICE recommendations, many practitioners don't have the time and resources to offer the interventions they like to offer.

With Health Smart's online solution, you can both free up resources and increase the delivery of the interventions.

At a glance features
  • Patients will be able to undergo the interventions themselves, without the need of a practitioner, nurse or professional to be present.
  • They can be accessed anywhere with a suitable internet connection - even in the patient's home. Stand-alone version can be deployed where a suitable internet connection is not available.
  • The interactive interventions are engaging to the user and effective in delivering advice.
  • Evidence-based CBT techniques are incorporated to make the intervention more effective.
  • They can integrate into your existing care pathway and automatically refer patients to appropriate course of action e.g. Stop Smoking Services
  • The patient also gets personalised motivational print out and plan where appropriate.
  • There can be flexibility for modifications and white labelling.
